Such a cute place and the food is fresh! I ordered an item that was tasty, but I didn’t care for it. I took it back and they were so nice about it!!! AND I looked at other peoples orders and that all looked very good — fresh vegetables, vegan offerings, etc.

Went here twice this week while visiting family in the HP area. Loved it both times. Tried the Green Eggs my first visit. Delicious. Tried the Paleo pancakes and a few incredible bites of my moms Avocado toast. I’ll order that next time. I also really enjoyed my Amara milk cappuccino. Bonus experience while waiting in line a lady recommended and offered to buy a chocolate chip cookie for me. But the lady behind the counter just handed it to me as a kind and generous gesture. Super nice people at Amara. Awesome little gem in Highland Park.

Delicious, healthy food. Vegan and vegetarian options. Quaint indoor setting. A few outdoor tables, that are dog friendly. Not very many tables inside or outside, and it gets busy during lunch hour, so get there early.

The best!!! Love this restaurant. I have a ton of food allergies and finally found a restaurant in LA that works for me. Also the must of being an organic restaurant puts them on the top. And really what it's all about is the taste... off the charts!!! I recommend the buckwheat pancakes, I cant get enough!!! They also carry mountain valley spring water!. My mom loved her meal as well and she is super picky and not a health nut. The price is reasonable. I also love that they serve breakfast all day.

Really cool vibes indoor and outdoor. I ordered the Rose Palmer and it didn’t disappoint. Definitely will be headed back here again.

Delicious. I will definitely be back. I eat whole food plant base and SOS free. I realize it’s very difficult to eat at a restaurant with all these restrictions, so I cheat a little bit. The raspberry buckwheat pancakes were delicious as well as the vegan breakfast sandwich. I am anxious to try their other dishes. Next time, I will call when they are not so busy and get a list of ingredients to see if I can find the perfect dish for me.

Quaint neighborhood eatery in Pasadena CA with excellent veggie focused food. Some dishes come with fresh tasty chicken breast bite sized pieces.

I randomly found this little Cafe as I was passing thru Pasadena. I tried the Amara breakfast burrito (very good) and their cold brew coffee (semi-smooth with a bit of bitter, but well balanced). The women who took my order was very friendly, helpful & patient (I had several questions about the menu, being my first time and all). I would definitely go back again!

Good good in a small, homey neighborhood kitchen joint. I had the Purple Eggs with a side of prosciutto. There were so many yummy flavors in the dish: the her by fresh greens, the savory potato patties, the tart pickled purple cabbage, and the sweet beets. My niece had a delicious plate of Paleo Pancakes. I had a bite, they were tasty and moist, not dry like some gluten free pancakes are. Definitely stop by is you can. It's easy to miss, but follow your GPS and you'll get there.

Great place with a really nice seating outside. Not a lot of other places nearby and it's in a rather quiet neighborhood (by LA standards). I didn't get the sandwich but my GF said it's damn good. My coffee was great. Nice, chill spot and they had indoor seating as well. We found parking right nearby.
